Look at all the amazing and talented students and staff we get to enjoy, here at the Vail Youth Symphony! Check back here to see the latest news and videos that celebrate our fantastic folk!

Emmy Jensen

Emmy Jensen, just finished eighth grade. She has been playing violin for about 4 years. She heard about an opportunity to play a virtual duet with a member of the United States Air Force and was excited to give it a try. She worked with her private teacher on the song and we submitted her video. We didn’t hear anything for a couple of weeks, but then received this video of their duet. They received 180 submissions country wide. We are so honored and grateful that she was chosen as one of the duets. It was such a cool opportunity that is really reflective of the unprecedented times that we are currently living in. Technology is amazing!
